General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and provider

These terms govern the relationship between ISE Institut für Seltene Erden und Metalle AG, Furrengasse 21, 6004 Lucerne, Switzerland, and its customers or users. ISE AG provides online information services as well as analysis, valuation, consulting, transaction support and storage services for rare earths and metals.

2. Contract formation and registration

Contracts may be concluded in German or English. Users must be at least 18 years old. Information on the website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed when an order and the payment obligation are expressly confirmed or when an individual service agreement is concluded.

3. Prices, payment and term

Prices are net of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are generally payable in advance without deduction. Subscriptions renew for the booked period unless cancelled by email or letter at least 30 days before expiry. Available payment methods are shown during ordering.

4. Termination and liability

ISE AG may suspend access in the event of contractual breaches and terminate agreements in accordance with applicable law and the contract. ISE AG does not warrant user-generated information. Liability for other damage applies in cases of intent, gross negligence and breach of essential contractual duties to the extent required by law. Price information for rare earths and metals is compiled from carefully selected sources; official exchange prices do not exist for many products.

5. Withdrawal and data protection

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it may be exercised within the legal period. The right may expire for fully performed services if the customer expressly requested early performance. Details of personal-data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy.

6. Final provisions

Swiss law applies unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
