2008

The roots of the Institute for Rare Earths and Metals are in 2008. In an exclusive order, a group of experts has been summed up to bottlenecks in manufacturing processes from large industrial companies in the field of rare earths to solve.

2011

Over time, so much data came together that in 2011 the Institute of Rare Earths and Metals formally established a registered association in Düsseldorf. and was used as a collection point for all information.

2013

In 2013, increased requests from the value of various metals led to the decision to use our organically grown network to provide prices of to regularly inform and provide about 600 metals from the entire value chain.

2018

Our new website is just online in the new robe, new database structure and the latest security requirements. We offer the interested user daily current prices of about 600 metals from the rare earths. Strategic metals, base metals, special metals and isotopes.

2019

With our newly established partner company, we offer metal analysis at the highest technical level. With our GD-MS metal analysis unit, we are able to identify 74 elements. Thus, we can accurately determine the purity of a metal up to 99.999%.

The ISE trading platform is online. Buyers and sellers of metals have a trading venue on the ONLY verified persons and are offered verified goods. All goods are visited, analysed and evaluated.

2020

With our Swiss partner company we are now able to offer you storage facilities for high-priced metals. We can use 5000 square meters of inland storage area and 2000 square meters of free warehouse to meet your needs. All of course on the most modern and highest safety standards. Our warehouse tickets are accepted internationally.

2021

The Institute for Rare Earths and Metals is now a Swiss public limited company in the canton of Zug. The reasons for the move are close to our warehouse, which we operate in the Zurich Airport Free Trade Area in 2020 and to the financial institutions with which we are 2019 Offer Commerce programs for raw materials.

The ISE database is now also available online. In real time we offer about 900 prices for pure metals and around 4500 prices for metal products. For all students and students we continue to publish an average price of all metals free of charge, which relate to the last six months.

2022

The storage capacity in the free trade zone Zurich has now increased to a total of 5500 square meters.

The Institute of Rare Earths and Metalle AG is headquartered in the heart of Lucerne. In the City Hall of Lucerne, ISE AG has the only tenant to cover the first floor. The office offers enough space for two conference rooms, a training room and spacious office spaces.

2024

ISE AG has separated from its long-term partner in the metal storage, the company Cosmotrans AG. With the new handling partner, the Company Trans Sped AG, ISE AG is able to offer global safety transports in addition to the well-known offers in the free trade zone.

2025

ISE AG has a new company in Embrach near Zurich further open free bearing in a new, modern location. The new warehouse complex is located just 100 metres from the existing sites and sets new standards in safety, efficiency and functionality. In addition, ISE AG has received a new website this year.
